Instead, developers should implement their own service hosting programs. At itself on Server 2016 TP5 found only three services which boot in protected svchost.exe (-k wsappx), it AppXSvc, AppIdSvc and ClipSvc.

In RTM unsigned (element CatRoot) the service in netsvcs, transferred of other OS did not boot MS.
