Topic: Data flow rate

Windows server 2012 There is an application which takes the data from  and gives to the client. Application works on the server And,  is on B.Servera's Server are connected through the switchboard. On each of servers stand  network cards. But when I watch transmission big given (more than 100 Mb) that I see that transit velocity on a network of no more than 100 Mbit. I look on the tab performance in TaskManager the Question as it is possible to measure real maximum data flow rate if I do not know speed of the switchboard?
