Topic: Debugging of scripts of a python

There is a project in which 1) main.py 2) process.py 3) result.py the Script main.py causes 3 scripts process.py which returns lists with the elements containing dictionaries with big kol-vom . Further main.py causes result.py and transfers it results of operation process.py. A problem that because of long operation of a script process.py under debugging about 30 mines, debugging process result.py turns in fierce . Whether It is possible somehow  to eliminate process.py from debugging and not to lose conveniences of debugging under a Visual Studio review of the code, variables etc.? The project under Python Tools for a Visual Studio
