Topic: Whether has sense regular Submit HTML forms in 2016?

Actually, earlier for sending of the data of the form it was always used regular Submit. I.e. fill fields <input type = forms with the data, then or the button or JS  the form on the server. Under it  Web-frejmvorki server ( the given fields and so forth), on it  as old ASP.Net and MVC. Now all becomes through great and mighty JS XMLHttpRequest. It is possible to tell that all old paradigms and  go on . Here on RSDN still in the old manner the form  if the site became inaccessible - after pushing the button  page of an error and it is lost all data which typed. And after all if through XMLHttpRequest - that could produce simply an error in a pop-up window, as on all modern sites.

Hello, Shmj, you wrote: Has, in quality failover when JS for any reason it is inaccessible. Because of bugs or a paranoia under the torus, for example.

Hello, pestis, you wrote: P> Has, in quality failover when JS for any reason it is inaccessible. Because of bugs or a paranoia under the torus, for example. But it is 0.1 % of users and that not for each service actually. Generally about submit it is possible to forget forms.

Aha, together with all operating time.  to take and rewrite. To us still for a long time to live with the unmodern sites, much from this that now it seems to you become outdated, will be and to work in 10 years.
