Topic: Obtaining of number of updates of statistics

Hello, dear participants of a forum.
There is a task to clarify what of statistics in a DB (MS 2012 Enterprise) need to be updated a SQL Server manually (weekly or every day) with option FULLSCAN and what - it is frequent .
In this connection a question: whether it is possible to count number of updates of statistics, for example, from the moment of server start (sys.dm_db_stats_properties, unfortunately, offers only a temporal label of the last update)?

The IndexOptimize procedure can also be used to update statistics.
You can choose to update all statistics, statistics on indexes only, or statistics on columns only.
You can also choose to update the statistics only if any rows have been modified since the most recent statistics update.

Updates that will be ordered.
And what exactly to order, he does not know:

It makes sense to update manually (weekly or every day) with option FULLSCAN,
