Topic: How to create servers (net client) if it is installed only SSMS 2017.2?

At itself on a computer installed only SQL Server Management Studio 2017.2.
Thus "Configuration Manager" is not present.
All normally works, to the necessary servers is connected, but how to me to set  servers?
