Topic: How to copy value in the field timestamp

Misters!
There is a problem. After check CHECKDB showed that the table is damaged, treatment repair_allow_data_loss is recommended.
, the table is found. Created , I want to overtake the data in it.
But produces an error -
Cannot insert an explicit value into a timestamp column. Use INSERT with a column list to exclude the timestamp column, or insert a DEFAULT into the timestamp column.

Esteemed "" how much understood it is impossible  this value, truly? How to be in such situation?

If at you  happens similar problems in an index, try to rebuild simply all indexes in this table after that checkdb will probably not produce an error.
