All greetings, are a txt-file with JSON' with the Russian text.
Sense to interpose request is not present therefore I will put a screenshot with a problem.
How it can be corrected?

buser - it is strange but the resultant type registered as content-type ->application/json; charset=UTF-8
There can be a problem at file saving.

MS SQL is not able UTF-8.

Variants at , the sufferer, two
1. To recode a file before loading in win1251 or unicode (UTF-16).
2. To request the server answer at once in UTF-16.

It is sad... NET application where I save this file gives on a choice only such codings.
