Topic: UTL_HTTP - https through a proxy with authorization

Good afternoon;
Help, , (or throw the link if this question here was already considered - searched, did not find).
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
The task - to be knocked on https through a proxy with authorization. Both variants of the code more low (the code intentionally simplified not to load business logic details) give the same error "ORA-29268: HTTP client error 407 - Proxy Authentication Required". Looked through tcpdump - yes, really, in a packet which forms UTL_HTTP, title Proxy-Authorization misses. The situation arises at attempt to reach on https through a proxy with authorization. Variants are easier"- http through a proxy with authorization and without a proxy, https without a proxy - works.
DECLARE
html_response VARCHAR2 (2000);
BEGIN
UTL_HTTP.set_wallet (' file:wallet ', ' password ');
html_response: = UTL_HTTP.REQUEST (' https://target_host ', ' http://proxy_user:proxy_pass@proxy_host:proxy_port ', ' file:wallet ', ' password ');
END;
DECLARE
req UTL_HTTP.REQ;
BEGIN
UTL_HTTP.set_wallet (' file:wallet ', ' password ');
UTL_HTTP.set_proxy (' http://proxy_user:proxy_pass@proxy_host:proxy_port ');
req: = UTL_HTTP.BEGIN_REQUEST (' https://target_host ');
END;
If at whom successful experience of the decision of such task, share, .
Thanks.
