At you and so a source in UTF-8 why should help? Clarify what actually
The coding of the data in a source. To begin with expose on client NLS_LANG in CL8ISO8859P5 and
Whether look you can select the data from a source correctly.

If is not present any artful adjustments 12.2 should define correctly itself codings since drags in trail the information on a source database.
But try to deliver NLS_LANG=american_america.al32utf8, and then to restart all I include mgr

As I also told: at you in a source garbage, instead of Russian letters in coding UTF-8. At first
Solve this problem.

I.e. in   the garbage gets?

If any idiot brings in basis garbage instead of Russian letters, naturally it gets and in
. And that you expected?.

No, on a source all records in the necessary coding. Request on ID from the receiver

Request on ID and a source

Re: GG the coding

UTF8 Potentially can contain that is not located in the one-byte coding. I.e. it as a whole an unrecommended configuration. Show rpt when generally any parameters it is not included.

Re: GG the coding

Well in general GG without helps understood that the coding of source UTF8

The source database character set, as determined from the trail file, is UTF-8.

Another matter that, most likely, Dmitry of the rights, and the database in UTF8 contains the data which cannot be presented in the one-byte coding. GG about it speaks

Conversion from character set UTF-8 of source column BODY to character set cl8iso8859p5 of target column BODY failed because the source column contains a character that is not available in the target character set.

Probably, there there are any unprintable characters.

Re: GG the coding

Alexey, hammer in  REPLACEBADCHAR ESCAPE or REPLACEBADCHAR SUBSTITUTE
Should receive in the first variant a hex-code of the problem character, in the second - the specified character-substitute (I suppose, traditional 0x3F - the question sign in iso8859-5 - arranges)

Andrey, and sense?
There all Russian letters problem, only 17 % and 162000 without problems, for example

it is possible it sees the curve character and at all does not transform a field
