Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

D;
Can so to try?

select distinct
f1;
f2;
sum (f3) over (partition by f1, f2)
from
view_1 t1;
view_2 t2
where
t1.id=t2.id
and t1.f4=value

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

D;
And that if:

select
f1;
f2;
sum (f3)
from
view_1 t1;
view_2 t2
where
t1.id=t2.id
and t1.f4=value
group by f1, f2>>>, t1.f4 <<<
/

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

select f1, f2, sum (f3), max (rn)
from
(select
f1;
f2;
f3;
rownum rn
from
view_1 t1;
view_2 t2
where
t1.id=t2.id
and t1.f4=value
)
group by f1, f2;

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

D;
I.e. it is impossible to change request - a question strictly in  a predicate? And to receive the plan for a variant [user=AmKad] and to beat  (I do not remember, what with them in ten) - it is real?

Adding of a count-step by means of rownum does not rescue?

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

D;
The plan of request with grouping and without differs only a part which in grouping? Or generally other plan? If only a part can try to wedge as that a part ? When Deyev about the such told that. Truth I already vaguely remember.

Not, all on +

I would take from 10053 texts of both requests right after disclosures of representations and looked, what exactly hinders.

in sense cost of steps?

Normally, if at request editing ceases to transit any , to be used necessary an index and other, it is necessary to check up first of all that the optimizer did not rewrite request so that old //- still basically cannot be used.
And then it is already possible and to look on steps of transformation of request and a choice of connections and accesses.

And how with grouping, and with no_query_tansformation it conducts itself(himself)?

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

r passed

kinky cat;
predicates - too transformation

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

D;
That you on 10 that... To play back precisely it does not turn out, but if you will send export metadate and statisticans + request with a route 10053, I can try

Re: Re: to Push through a predicate in grouping

Meant I will try on any with changed OPTIMIZER_features_enable

There some tens , I even in a good variant did not master their order of connection)))
Several   possible to hammer in one of those who pushed through a condition to to a bottom
And you speak that hinders)))

whether It is possible to begin with final query for both cases and to look differ only grouping or it affected other transformations.
If the first, whether that again to take  from the first and to look to be picked up. If it was not picked up - to cut superfluous before reason determination.
If the second to understand why it was transformed differently.
And it is not absolutely clear that is understood as predicate pushing through.
Presence in the plan "VIEW PUSHED PREDICATE" or is simple filter application at that stage on which it is expected.
Also matters, whether are involved partitioning pruning and bloom filters.

And I have not a rest. The trainer in a youth spoke to me "on a cemetery will have a rest". Its phrase Very was pleasant.
But thanks for the shown interest. smile)

That is, with first rows  all faster than without this?
And what cost in that and in other case?
