Topic: Question on demand at join

Hello!
There is such request-object of "Zapros1"

//the Unit 1
(SELECT
1.
AS [],
>>> NULL AS [the subelement Code] <<<
FROM
Elements 1
WHERE
1. [To anchor subelements] =True)
UNION
//the Unit 2
(SELECT
1.
AS [the element Code];
2.
AS [the subelement Code]
FROM
Elements 1;
Subelements 2
WHERE
1. [To anchor subelements] =True)
UNION
//the Unit 3
(SELECT
1.
AS [the element Code];
NULL AS [the subelement Code]
FROM
Elements 1
WHERE
1. [To anchor subelements] <> True)

At start of "Zapros1" produces an error "Not type compatibility of the data in expression of a condition of selection"
All from that in the unit 1 field [the subelement Code] in the presence of NULL sets not appropriate format for the unit 2.
Then if in request to delete the unit 3 as a result in the field [the subelement Code] gets out abracadabra.
How it to correct?

Deliver at first the unit 2, and then remaining units.

to Change that it is possible. Here there is one risk. If in the unit 2 is not value other data type turns out. And the necessary data type is long integer as foreign key. Then the result is interposed into the Access-table.
