Topic: Output of the table to the form

Hello!
The table "Elements" is created. In the table elements with characteristics are set. If the element is the subordinate on other element the parent is underlined.
In a screenshot at the left it is table Access. Such table is difficult for reading and adjusting. Therefore it is necessary to deduce this the table on the form so that was in the form of a tree. The screenshot on the right see.
1. Prompt as it it is possible to make in Access?
2. If the table is  enough to have the characteristic "Parent" as foreign key or still that that it is necessary?
Pay attention "the element Code" (not "Code") is text as between digits the point is ("3.1", "3.1.1").

sdku;
Thanks for an example. Meant the data in most TreeView, that is to show not one column, and a little. The data is displayed not in the separate tabular form, and in most TreeView. The screenshot See. So probably to make? Or in TreeView in essence shows only on one field?
In TreeView probably manually to edit the data and to change structure? And if changed value in a cell fill color before saving changes. Such it is possible in Access?
