There is a storable function in basis
BEGIN
INSERT INTO dbusers_tbl (user_name, user_psw) VALUES (user_name, user_psw);
RETURN (SELECT LAST_INSERT_ID ());
END
Through phpmyadmin all works.
But I can not it is correct  from PHP
$login = $ _POST [' USERNAME '];
$password = md5 (trim ($ _POST [' loginPass']));
$user_name = mysql_real_escape_string ($login);
$user_psw = mysql_real_escape_string ($password);
@$data = mysql_query ("CALL ' fnc_add_user ' (' $user_name ', ' $user_psw ');");
