Topic: XSLT: the Separator of decimal signs according to

All kind day!
Decimal symbol of numbers in  is the point, in forms of account it would be desirable to see the character, specified operating system adjustments.
The Question - whether it is possible in XSLT to provide an output to the screen of a separator of decimal signs according to ?

<xsl:decimal-format>, format-number

- most likely do not approach, as set a rigid format, without looking back on , but it is not known that for adjustments of OS at the clients using our program.
To any answers I will be grateful.

1. In a template get some variants decimal-format under the different possible variants, corresponding a miscellaneous possible  clients.
2. Get parameter which will contain a name . Value of this parameter will be defined outside in the causing code.
3. Further somehow so: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/367 … -separator
