Topic: To reduce the size of the latent section "It is reserved by system"

All greetings!
Faced here today the strange situation.
License server Win2008 R2 is installed on SSD 120 Gb. I do not know, how it put, but the latent section "It is reserved by system" occupies 16 Gig (nesting see) is very decent volume against the general size of a disk. Whether it is possible to reduce somehow it till the standard size (without system reinstallation), and a vacant place to "connect" with a disk With?
Thanks.
P.S. There is a suspicion that the disk was cloned with old (probably, some times) and at the moment of cloning this section "was expanded". As a matter of fact, it was not so important that. Important as now it is all to correct smile

I would outweigh system on a new disk with the help imagex, if all  would return into place the same method

I now try Ghost-om to make double cloning, reducing beforehand the size of this section (in Ghost) to 500 MB smile Writes 15 minutes still. We look, helps or not smile)

Look, less than certain size the built in recovery tools, in particular creation of an image of system as in Windows 7 cease to work.
