In  write that RDP protocol can use for enciphering of the traffic algorithms RC4, AES or 3DES, but on-default uses RC2 (56 bits) that potentially does a communication channel vulnerable before attack man-in-the-middle. So if to replace adjustments on-default all will be OK.

There there are some methods and  it is possible to adjust. Configure Server Authentication and Encryption Levels I advise to use NLA. In  a case it is used either Kerberos, or NTLM. To intercept generally it is not possible.

In the most defective variant when all protection specially disconnected, it is possible to intercept. On the Internet there are articles about certain utility Seth, can try, if there is a desire. All normal people now NLA include. If the exterior malefactor RDP at the normal administrator will be wrapped"in VPN disturbs, instead of is simple so the port will be opened.
