There are functions ( to functions) which do not demand brackets after the call. For example, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP or CURRENT_USER. Whether probably to create the similar function?

Here already thought over it and came to a conclusion that without parentheses inside MSSQL there are functions which are defined in an ANSI SQL as a standard part.

Create a view-wrapper over a table valued function if the client application do not supervise

Consider that it not functions, and scalar operators.  scalar operators in T-SQL are not present.
