Topic: Switch-off of a disk from disk group

Good afternoon.
I have a disk group in ASM, consisting of 2 disks (redundancy NORMAL).
With periodicity of 1 times in 2-3 weeks from the given group the disk (passes in a mode offline) is disconnected.
Thus the disk not beaten and it is not disconnected physically from .
OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago) 2.6.32 504.23.4.el6.x86_64 (64-bit)
DB: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production
ASM: 11.2.0.4.0
Broad gulls are applied.

There was something similar, only the disk fell off from composition RAIDa.
Too long a head broke...
Update of an insertion of the disk helped
