Topic: Dell computer - the black screen (demands reboot) or the blue screen (demands recovery)

Notebook of Dell Vostro 1540 - the processor i3-CPU M380 2.53 GHz (to it hardly more than 10 years)
It from the very beginning sometimes  rarely once a month, and sometimes once a week, time in 2 days gives the black screen resulted more low.
Recovery is possible only switch-off by the button with the subsequent switching-on too the button.
Bought too Dell Vostro 15 5568 with the processor i5-7200U 2.7 GHz (this already with SSD)
The same (in 2 days only it did not turn out yet) began, only the screen blue, is resulted more low and recovery is carried out by simple pushing F9 (Fn + F9).
Prompt that it for the phenomena and as them to avoid. This notebook at us is used as the miniserver. Therefore it is desirable, that worked  reliably.
Thankful in advance.

1. It BIOS a notebook loses a hard disk. The reasons can be both in a disk, and in the controler of a disk and, even, in  a cable. It is checked by stupid changeover of a disk.
2. The golubenky screen - standard response of new windows to ANY problem at loading. On it a problem not to define.

aleks222, Thanks for the answer.
Still, if it is possible still specify?
And "new windows" are again opened applications or result of their functioning when on the computer anybody fulfills nothing?
After all "the blue screen" appears, when behind the computer do not work. This screen has been never noted, when the user behind it worked or addressed to it by means of TeamViewer'.

Igor With;
"New windows" are new Windows versions... ( as though...)
Normally "death screens" appear at hardware errors, and also because of problem drivers.
Very rarely - because of viruses...
Here in this order also search for a problem.

1. New windows = are higher Windows version 7.
2. "The blue screen" as on your picture can appear only at loading Windows. Therefore it is not present "by operation".

To replace a battery

1. In a beech? Naive.
2. The disk from a battery does not eat.

Respected aleks222, this "the blue screen" appears very rarely (while) not in load time. The computer remains included permanently. We are connected to it through TimVjuver. And so for 3 months such screen appeared twice.

The computer reboots? If is not present, adjust reboot of times a day or once a week at least.

Then to you inexpressibly carried - on the second  too a disk .-Self.
Look log System (System) with the filter of "error" and  there about disk errors.

The flag "Critical" too is better for delivering.

On site MS these errors and methods of their elimination are quite accurately described...
The code 7 - a reading error - launch chkdsk/r. But can and not help, if units fell down was specific.
If the error repeats - disk changeover.
The code 46 - a swap file error. Change its size manually, reboot. Then return the automatic
Assignment of the size. If the error repeats - disk changeover.
Also it is recommended to check up carefully a disk any utility for diagnostics HDD, including
Attentively to study data S.M.A.R.T.
--------------------------------------------
At me was similar with a disk. It was load (With:). System files Windows spoiled.
I delivered a disk With: new SSD, and this impaired a little disk left the second (for archives);
And since then it ceased to generate errors...
Certainly, for a notebook with a unique disk such it is not necessary. It is necessary to change a disk.
And for "" to buy an USB-pocket and it still serves as a grando-flash card...

It is possible to deliver the second disk instead of CD-drive. There are special adapters for fixing.

It agree. If there is CD-drive and it it is not a pity...
I upgraded a notebook without CD-drive (now a lot of such)...

Re: Dell computer - the black screen (demands reboot) or the blue screen (demands recovery)

I will add about CD-drive, suddenly to whom it is useful: they happen 2 types, differ in the thickness.
Itself once adhered with  HP: the drive pulled out, and this adapter not  since the drive is more thin.
For modern  can be M.2 the slot under SSD.
