Lately subjects about knee-bends,  and  began to appear. Generally it is a pity that is not present  about sports and health... And actually, there are here skilled and knowing people? No desire to become  with mountain of muscles and meat is present. But it would be desirable beautiful, harmonous more or less athletic constitution, without fanaticism. A flat stomach, a narrow waist, a wide shoulder belt, that is a certain approach to a classical constitution "the turned triangle". Mass 70. What it is possible to do in house conditions, without sports hall and training apparatus?  and so I do every day. What? Knee-bends? An abdominal tension? Something with dumbbells?
