Looks as "repair of a Zhiguli by a dynamometer key". You do not find such book.

Re: The literature on microservices

Microservices are an architecture, it is not anchored to specific language. Within the limits of one system microservices can be written in different languages.

Re: The literature on microservices

Intention of the author is not clear. Microservices it is means of a partition of the big monolithic application for components or the organizations of operation with components in a network (components or another's). PHP it is not intended for large applications and for distributed processing in a network. However in microservice architecture separate components can be in different languages, including PHP. For interaction of components are normally used REST services or Google Protocol Buffer (protobuf). For PHP both variants are accessible. However though it is enough these means for microservice architecture, are available framework with various ready functionality. They are written in the languages approaching for the distributed server applications, that is on Java, Go or in the environment of NET. For component creation for example on PHP to know these languages optionally, but it can be useful. From them simple for learning is only Go (it Golang).
The literature: in publishing house Packtpub there are some books. Specially for PHP - only a videocourse at 2 o'clock with an explanation with what to begin. Now (in the end of December and the beginning of January) there discounts - all on 5 dollars
