Topic: Drag and drop after the durable holding of the button

Whether prompt please it is possible as that to implement panel drag and drop only after there was a holding on it clamped  for example in flow 2 seconds?
That is on the form , we clamp on it  pair of seconds, it is highlit and becomes accessible to draggings. With transfer clearly, and here is how to count second if the mouse has not been lifted?

OnMouseDown
Timer. Enabled: = True;
OnMouseUp/OnMouseLeave
Timer. Enabled: = False;

But the button that has not been released. We clamp and drag, instead of it is clamped, we release and only then we drag

Well it is correct, at pushing - we launch the timer, at timer actuating - it is ungeared it, we highlight the panel and we start to drag.
If the button has been released, or the cursor quitted for  - simply we disconnect the timer.

What for? The timer is initially got with the necessary interval and works only when transits all wait time

the Timer in OnTimer needs to be stopped right after the first actuating
