"Component Object Inspector" is necessary?
Or a question about Inplace Editor-e for
Boolean types? Or what?

I so understand, the analog of the editor of property Checked from an object inspector is necessary to it
When focus is not necessary on this  it is displayed as Checkbox,
And when focus appears on property;
That the editor starts to be displayed as ComboBox
