Topic: To connect DDR the chip to MCU

Here came to mind a perversion (at all do not ask what for) - already connect the chip of modern DDR storages to what thread STM32 Can  did such, that not  in all subtleties through reading ?

Hello, ononim, you wrote: O> Here came to mind a perversion (at all do not ask what for) - already connect the chip of modern DDR storages to what thread STM32 O> Can  did such, that not  in all subtleties through reading ? . On the whole heap of the reasons: 1. Different pressure of a supply and signals. DDR3 works with pressure in 1.5 In, DDR3L - 1.35  STM are not able anything except 3.3 Century 2. STM32 - an awful brake on comparing even with the slowest DDR3 (333 MHz). So sense in it exactly zero. 3. For this storage the specialized controler which in STM is not present is necessary. In most "advanced" STM32F4 and F7 there is a controler - only do not fall! - SDRAM! Which can work already  90 MHz! And that it there  about the only thing with the purpose - to provide  for  a graphic subsystem. If that, I more recently collected and got the board with DDR3L and FPGA: http://rsdn.org/forum/diy/6991984.1 the Author: koandrew Date: 12.12 20:02 So experience absolutely fresh.

I will look for the controler,  1.5V K> 2. STM32 - an awful brake on comparing even with the slowest DDR3 (333 MHz). So sense in it exactly zero. K> 3. That is speed is not important, and for  I want to pull in maximum a manual mode. To save  in such that bank, to read it therefrom. Then to wait n for microseconds and once more to read. To me even  it is not necessary. Somehow so. But here chips I want more or less actual.
