Topic: In PayPro search of old orders does not work
Advise how to solve the following problem. Clients periodically apply to recover the lost key. It is possible to fasten certainly the code and basis for automatic recovery on a site, but it is a lot of cases when email the address was replaced and it is necessary to search for a key manually all the same. A problem that since recent time in PayPro search on email to the address of old orders ceased to work. For example there are no even orders for 2016. I asked PayPro to correct this problem but how much I understood from their answer, they do not consider it necessary to correct it not to overload their server. To tell the truth all it sounds wildly for me. I at all do not understand, why PayPro underestimate necessity of high-grade operation with basis of orders. Any saving on matches turns out. I do not have desire and possibilities to write own basis with search and limited access for our employee of technical support, to think over safety of its usage when there is a ready panel at PayPro.
