Topic: Run on the track
decided to throw off a few fat after New Year's holidays and decided to be engaged in run on the track (training in a hall 4 times a week - 3 force + on Sunday purely aerobic loading in the form of 10 for a while and 2 km rowing as hitch). Total since 56 minutes refined result till 48:05 (on rate 4:48). For a month threw off 5 kg (with 95 to 90 at growth 179). I want to run out by the summer from 45 and to throw off still 5-ku. P.S. Almost completely refused from sweet, even coffee I drink without sugar. An exception - green tea with honey.
