Topic: I search time for Windows

Please, advise any idle time time . It would be desirable to know, what is the time I spend for performance of this or that task, and also to conduct statistics of spent time. It is not required to do screenshots. Especially I specify that me the programs working without connection to the Internet (without usage of cloudy technologies and etc.) interest only. I already found a script for AutoIt3 and tested it in operation. It appeared that it is the advanced stop watch with possibility of saving of indications in Excel. Really all time  work by such principle? P.S. Some days ago I created a similar subject at one known forum where to me offered one more AutoIt-script which I politely refused.

He generally somehow strange considers statistics: on the first place for some reason a firewall (confidently goes with the big lift-off), and only on the second - a web browser. I for some reason thought that time  should consider an operating time of programs, only when they have an active window, and ManicTime, seemingly, stupidly considers an operating time of each process. P.S. The correction: the browser came out on top! And generally it is strange that the firewall was before on the first place - I after setting time  precisely did not open its window.

Hello, Lazytech, you wrote: L> Chrometa L> It is unique time  in this article which does not allow to consider time, launching and stopping the timer manually. Instead it uses the approach which some years ago spread service RescueTime: the special program installed on the computer of the user, tracks the active applications and opening documents, and then reduces the assembled statistics in reports which help to understand, on what time has been spent. It is a little favor, but at least the interface pleasant. P.S. Probably, it will be easier not to search ready time , and  for an aforementioned AutoIt-script under the needs then to analyze statistics means Excel or LibreOffice Calc. (I very long time ago programmed on VBA for Excel, yes already all forgot partially. As a variant, it is possible to master writing of macroes for LibreOffice.)

And why not Google Sheets, by the way?

Hello, sambl4, you wrote: S> And why not Google Sheets, by the way? Google Sheets I use when it is necessary for performance of any order and so I do not see sense. For example, if it is necessary to replenish and correct together with other translators the general glossary (the small dictionary under the translational project), Google Sheets - that is necessary!
