Topic: C Intel ++ Compiler

Good afternoon. I sit on a Visual Studio 2013. Tried to pass in any year to a Visual Studio 2015, the compiler  on something in my project, therefore I postponed then passage to new studio. On the last days off made an attempt to pass to a Visual Studio 2017 15.6. As a result, again  the compiler, sent two  in Microsoft. Looked through today their forum, I look errors they quickly do not correct, some till some months hang in state Under Investigation. In due time I  with Borland C errors ++ Builder' and so passed to a Visual Studio. Here I feel a situation again repeats, I again  with errors. Only on what to pass? Objectively a Visual Studio very convenient development environment. I think of Intel Parallel Studio. To fasten Intel Parallel Studio 2018 to a Visual Studio 2017. The last time I used a sheaf of two studios about 5 years ago. There were the positive impressions. Prompt, please, those at whom are personal experience of current usage of Intel Parallel Studio 2018 how there affairs are from a C ++ 14, a C ++ 17, how with stability of the compiler by the current moment? It is possible to deliver certainly and most to try, but superfluous expenditure of time would not be desirable to litter once again system, suddenly there too bugs continuous, and me. What for it is necessary for me? I envy , they with might and main write the code with fashionable buns, and in a Visual Studio 2013 even  are not present, without speaking about all remaining.

In VS 2017 as the second compiler of a C ++ it is used clang (truth, not most current release, but at least ++ 14 it at quite good enough level supports a C).

I envy, but I do not consider.

Here it is not clear. What does "stability of the compiler" mean? Whether it brings down Studio? No, such never was. Whether there are in it bugs? Is.

I understand possibility as stability to collect the project. I in VS2017 even the project cannot collect studio. And bugs what are? Critical?

I meant that in studio  meet microsoft specific keywords. The Intelovsky compiler how much I remember, normally perceives them. 3S>> and the code  turns out? X> that it means? Whether it is cygwin ` an ohm? Here I simply heard "ring" that the hose compiles in the intermediate code under the virtual machine, instead of in  the code. Well generally, you are right. It is necessary to try, especially if it already in studio is. I will look today, . Thanks.

In adjustments of the project for field General -> Platform Toolset to expose a Visual Studio 2017 - Clang with Microsoft CodeGen (v141_clang_c2). The demanded language standard it is possible to specify through a C/C ++ -> Language -> a C/C ++ Language Standard (to expose, for example, a C ++ 14 (-std=c ++ 1y)) or through a C/C ++ -> Command Line -> Additional Options (-std=c ++ 14 or similar). 3S> And in it microsoft specific it is supported? It is possible to esteem a forum on Intel.

Your variant is allocated on panel Summary on the right. My variant - in the general list of all components (at the left, on tab Individual components).
