WebAssembly it actually bytecode to which it is necessary JIT for operation (at least at a loading stage). Well i.e. to create applications it is possible only in not which environment admitting an application creation and having . runtime.

There is.Net Native, but it for UWP and with GC. https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/dotnet … lation.NET Native replaces the full CLR environment on optimized runtime environments which first of all contains a garbage collector. The optimized runtime environment is in library mrt100_app.dll which is local for application and has the size only a few hundreds kilobyte. It is possible because static binding eliminates necessity for many operations implemented by CLR environment.
