Topic: Linux and the keypad

There is  a keypad, completely the worker. Further goes  about indicator Numlock. It too the worker. Further, I load from a flash card ubuntu 16. While it is loaded,  on numlock leads to appropriate fire-extinction of the indicator.  system Numlock loadings the indicator more goes out also does not react to pushings. But, as it appeared, the operation mode reacts to pushings Numlock. Pushed Numlock - the dial-up of digits works,  - pushed - the dial-up of digits ceased to work. But the bulb does not react. A question - as well as what for so it is made?

In case of X Window, at all the keypad driver is engaged in it, and  personally. And somewhere there in adjustments  there is a tick, what bulbs when to light. Also it is visible, for any unknown reason this tick costs in wrong position.
