Topic: How to make, that the Id-primary key could be changed manually?

Hello!
Help to understand, please, with the following situation.
I create a DB in VS 2017, the SQL Server 2014 Is installed. Created a DB, some tables, at filling with the data there was a necessity to enter Id manually. Came in the designer of the table, on column Id, in properties "the identifier Specification" the identifier exposed in false, but change Id I can not! At closing of the designer there is a saving. This moment to me is not clear. For each table there are files sql - dbo. Categories, dbo. SubCategories etc. Also there are they at me in a folder My Documents. The DB file lies on the way C:\Users\Home\database (my DB). The request to explain high lights how correctly to work with identifiers and where there should be these sql-files with titles of tables?
I will be grateful for the help!

If to change = , identity you  never.
Recreate the table, at the necessary field Id do not specify identity.
Pour the data and now change.
Or:
Change the table, add the necessary field (Id1).
It change, as it is necessary to you, then  that Id, which identity.
On great volumes of the data the first method will be faster
