Topic: To copy tablespace on other server, in other DB

All health! An initial DB - 11g XE target also. Actually the question in what tool is accessible to this version (to fulfill transport of tabular space dataful?
Started to read Transporting Tablespaces Between Databases at  and so somehow about support in XE did not find.
In general, what it is possible and to use is better in the described case?

Transportable tablespaces - true technology for this business, but in Express edition it does not work.
On the other hand, admissible volumes in XE are very small also idle time datapump transfers them much easier.

*Cause: This is the generic internal error number for Oracle program
exceptions. It indicates that a process has encountered a low-level;
unexpected condition. The first argument is the internal message
number. This argument and the database version number are critical in
identifying the root cause and the potential impact to your system.

That does not quit with  tabular prostr-va.
Do not prompt, what can cause the given problem?
