If source codes are not present, most likely, in any way X> a question at me two: X> 1) how independently to cause such dialogue, without  programs? X> 2) as in it to display though any ? Specify, please, in what was specific a question? How means WinAPI (or any another GUI libraries) to display a window, similar to volume, what in the link resulted above? X> thanks.

I a little in another way understood this point in question: At me understanding of that if the present problem is not present - that simply use WinAPI (or any other suitable graphic library) to imitate a similar window. P.S. As in Windows to cause a similar window - I do not know, but I suspect that-it will be very specific (dependent on the version) and not documentary decision. In general, such from which it is necessary on-possibility to leave! Therefore, would not advise it seriously to consider.

I strongly suspect that the given decision rather specific (dependent on the version) and fastened on not documentary decision. In general, my council -  this window standard means for given project GUI.
