What it for a canoe? As well as where to find tails of this problem?

Tangently this problem - clarified digging in source codes  that a problem in source codes))))) yes-yes, a tautology a tautology, but in source codes QtCreator'a it is sewn up that clang.exe it is necessary to cause with a flag-target mingw32 though it was expected that the variable of surrounding LLVM_TARGET_TRIPLE_ENV in which will be taken into consideration and by me would be written down - how to interpret all surrounding for which the project gathers.
