Topic: Whether it is possible somewhere in VS 2017 to register a proxy for operation with a web service?

I welcome. I program on C# in VS 2017. There was a necessity to add the reference to a web service ("the Project-> to add the reference to service"). However on my workplace of it it was not possible to make (the Error "the Remote server returned an error: (407) authentification of the intermediary Is required."). By the house machine to a web service to be connected it turns out. Communication with the Internet on a workplace is carried out through a proxy. The security police assumes that VS 2017 is not trained to use a proxy for access obtaining to a web service. Help, please to solve a problem. Whether it is possible somewhere in VS 2017 to register a proxy?. By the most working machine of a proxy it is registered in adjustments and the Internet through the browser works without problems. Under the link to service in the browser of the working machine the browser sends on page with service without errors.
