Topic: The attached panel of a help in VS 2005/2008

In VS 2005/2008 the panel of the built in help attached to right side of a window of studio with opening on all its height absolutely idiotically behaves. At first, it does not open at single to a clique on index point though under its vertical tab it is visible that the appropriate section in it is displayed. If in an index to push Enter, the panel for an instant opens, then is closed again. Secondly, the open panel is closed at each opening of dialogue of fast search and-or switching in it. In VS 2005 with it too were problems, but they could be bypassed somehow. Substring search in the help panel looks so: At the open panel it is pushed Ctrl-F - the panel is closed, search dialogue opens. In dialogue we enter substring, we push Find Next - the panel for any short instant opens, then is closed again. We open  under the vertical tab, we see the highlit substring, we push Find Next in dialogue - it is closed again, and so on. To prevent panel autoclosing it is possible only usage F3/Shift-F3. Well and, to a heap, already irrespective of an attachment mode if the help window has been opened from search, and white on dark blue the found substrings the substring found fast search, is highlit by the same color there are highlit, and to find out it it is possible only fast driving by means of F3/Shift-F3. It was not possible to find fixes of such behavior to me. Here it is direct interesting - really developers of studio, years densely working in these versions, these glitches did not come across? Or at me any rare style of usage of studio, what I will come across them regularly? On VS 2008 till now I sit because of aversion of newer versions.

Hello, Evgenie Muzychenko, you wrote:... It was not possible to find Fixes of such behavior to me. . Such behavior not to be played back. All millet , but does not fall off and does not disappear. Search works as usual. WinXP VS2008 in VMware. I eat> On VS 2008 till now I sit because of aversion of newer versions. +1 if it is not required newer I prefer 2008.

I worked in VS 2005 under XP, then in it under Win7 SP1, now I work in VS 2008 under other setting Win7 SP1 - everywhere behavior equally, in VS 2008 even any small moments are even more aggravated. At you it as leaves on the right on all height of a window of studio? It is unique, I found : if before pushing Ctrl-F to deliver the cursor on the panel tab at pushing Ctrl-F it is closed, but after opening of dialogue of search there and then opens again (looks, as copying) as the cursor costs on the tab. And if the cursor before it stood somewhere in the panel - does not open.

That ALL users of studio, i.e. programmers, came across. Except actually MANUAL of this visual studio team! At them absolutely other priorities and yes, FOR YEARS it is possible to wait for "innovations" or at least fixes. I neighed recently on them IntelliCode though IntelliSense and remained the atavistic freak as it made 10 years ago. You want, that something worked well - make it. (It is not surprised to success of JetBrains)
