Purely  there are recommendations to sleep in socks (or otherwise to do warm the lower extremities of feet) - for blood system of feet is useful, prevents problems with veins.

Bought casually in a normal supermarket a plaid from microfiber or something similar - taking cover it, at once it becomes warm, even if a bed cold. Generally it is possible only for them to take cover, all is not cold also here. Here it to me replaces a pajamas, I am sorry that only one copy is, and I am more than them did not meet.

And in the autumn-summer very conveniently. Well, and unexpected visitors to meet or by a breakfast to quit it is possible it is direct from bed. The pajamas gentle, purely cotton, a jersey puts on through a head. Now I think to buy something stylish English with a baby's undershirt.

I always slept bare, now it is necessary in cowards, for children. Cold at us does not happen, I generally never take cover nothing. Well a maximum a bed-sheet easy sometimes.

Socks to socks . Often at socks dense enough elastic band (sometimes even traces on anklebones are visible after long carrying) and, I am afraid, for blood system from it only harm will be. Here any special socks are necessary, without an elastic band. But such are inconvenient in normal a sock - slip.
