In far 2013 gave up operation on "uncle" and left in (Elance, upwork, etc), the first year it is empty, the second year is better, after three years found pair of regular customers, to this day I work with them on a straight line through contracts and currency account . All is fine, 10 times more accessible to me in my region and like would live and rejoice, but the material growth is not present and to present it difficult as time in scales of days is rigidly restricted by 24 hours, i.e. time came to reflect on growth. That I see or I can already today: - to employ locally/far off one-three programmers, to pay in it the fixed part from the + percent from the fulfilled orders which it is possible to take on the same Upwork, to increase number of "mercenaries" in case of success; - to use freelancers for any implementation of ideas a web / mobile/desktopnyh applications, until then while any of these projects does not shoot, i.e. as though investments; And how you solved an extension problem at achievement of a physical ceiling in the area?
