Topic: Input and review of the data under the list of the companies for a month of year

Like it is trivial, but did not find the convenient decision:
The form which grants on the table the calculated totals for each company for the specified month is necessary.
I have the table with the organizations and the table with charges where is except the company there are fields "month" and "year".
How correctly to make the form that in principal I could select the necessary month and year, and in the subordinate would see the list of all companies and could edit the data in any of them. What representation of the subordinate form should be? How them it is better to connect?
