Topic: Restriction on the size of a loaded file

There is output agent FileHandler.ashx. Files from various devices (Android, iOS, Windows, Mac) There boot. In web.config restriction is exposed in two places: <httpRuntime maxRequestLength = "53000"> and <requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength = "53000000"> </requestLimits>. Permanently takes off System. Web. HttpException: maximum request length exceeded. A question: how to avoid burst of this exception and whether correctly I understand, what at loading of a file it all begins will be saved in an operating system cache on a disk and if exceeded restriction the exception is deleted and thrown out? How before to learn, what the file exceeds restriction and at once an error to return without exception burst?

As far as I know it not so. It is saved within value of parameter "requestLengthDiskThreshold" (by default it is 80). And the size can be learned, probably, on value of title Content-Length.
