Topic: The socket is disconnected

Is PostgreSQL ODBC the driver, on the big samplings it gives to application an error that the connection is torn off.
Here:

if (! self-> sock)//<--------
{
CC_set_error (self, CONNECTION_COULD_NOT_SEND, "Could not send Query (connection dead)", func);
CC_on_abort (self, CONN_DEAD);
return NULL;
}

It is played back.
Clearly that the socket is closed, variants are not present.
How to me to define - who closed connection? At me suspicion, what is the server but how to understand?
Users  that the pier is the driver behaves in a queer way.

The server not in a state to nullify a variable. Search assignment statement.
