Topic: Transfer SSD from one in another

Good afternoon.
I plan to buy a new notebook.
There were some questions:
1. In leaking now costs SSD Samsung 860 Evo.
What it is necessary to make before transfer? To delete the driver on SSD? What program it to make?
Or it is not required?
2. And as it is necessary to delete the driver on the videocard?
3. At processors different versions igpu - hd 405 and hd 620.

Here, for example, on the basis of Sysprep: https://windowstips.ru/kak-perenesti-ra … m-zhelezom

mraklbrw;

Yes, to transfer SSD a disk with the installed system to another .
Here write that anything it is not necessary to do: http://www.cyberforum.ru/notebooks/thre … st12403580

Yes, can and it is not necessary, on a habit told about sysprep, but win10 in this sense is easier.

At  and more low - it was broken, for OEM edition has been anchored to iron. What policy at the MSEC in
The ten relation - it is necessary to read the license.

preinstalled Win 10 on  it is anchored to the equipment - i.e. to a floor-mat. To a board.
I.e. the license flies and if in new  there is no hardwired key - that is not activated.
If is - or itself it is activated, or manually (as to me answered in Microsoft support).

Whether it is possible to deliver on it a disk with  from another ?

Depends on the license. Retejl-Windows can be transferred, as - it is written under the link which I gave.
it is not transferred.

The majority  now goes with preinstalled Win 10.

Basically it is possible to find without , but no sense has, since  cost scanty, let will be better. However, on the version depends, if it would be desirable Pro it will be already notable.

Certainly, and what you wanted? HAL exchanged completely. I transferred  a disk on a new computer through standard function Windows 7, 10 backup/restore. At the time of  it was possible to run OS installation in a mode "repaire" on new iron. Unfortunately now such is not present.

And that sysprep that did not try?
Same the standard approach; here in that forum wrote that it is necessary to do nothing, but here, not . So it was necessary a disk reversely, both sysprep to process, and  it would be launched on any system on which the fitter  generally is launched.

Now for this purpose there is a special utility.

What? sysper so it with 2000 was. Unfortunately deletes a user profile, documents, and software activations.

Since 7 anything from the aforesaid is not deleted.

Well what that software activations can affect as is deleted SID.
But not profiles and the data precisely. By the way, at the first loading after sysprep it is required to enter the data of the new user. But old it is saved, and after the first loading and adjustment end it is possible  under it.
For the HARDWARE explicitly would approach.

Re: Transfer SSD from one in another

To rearrange a disk reversely in old , and it is then reverse - much longer, than to reinstall Windows and a Visual Studio with Unity - were instantly delivered, therefore did not become .

it is clear, it is all depends on a specific situation. If a heap of applications,  installed and adjusted for many long years it is possible and to suffer...

Re: Transfer SSD from one in another

alexeyvg;
Adjustments of applications are transferred without problems normally. (From AppData, something from ProgramData and Documents).
And the majority of programs too does not need to be reinstalled.
In the core only a Visual Studio and Unity (but on i5-8250U and SSD they are put very quickly).

"Any". Windows activation is deleted. In my opinion it is enough of it. Backup/Restore - all remains on places.

Re: Transfer SSD from one in another

Windows activation? The preinstalled Windows if were - are not deleted in any way.
The bought license - too.
And if you were free of charge updated once then yes can be, well here)))
