Topic: Where to take a text editor source code.

I want to add in the program the editor and usage RichEdit.
And so laziness to write smile
Who can prompts where it is possible to take source codes of the simple but functional editor? (Text color, numbering of lines, tabulation, fat, underlined and so forth) the Heaped up functions of type transfer from ASCII in UTF it is not necessary.

So after all in Delphi is already RichEdit. It is unique, that does not suffice it: a toolbar with buttons and rulers.
Look, in examples Delphi there is a project with these toolbars.
