Topic: How to create an additional logical disk (Windows 7)?

On the computer there is one physical disk which is broken into two logical disks - a C disk: and disk D:. (Disk D: exists as a Recovery-disk). The Operating system - Windows 7 32-bit. Whether it is possible on the basis of a C logical disk: to create one more logical disk (we name it F - that is that a part storage from a C disk: remained on a C disk: and other part of storage passed to disk F:? Thus on a C disk: there is operating system Windows 7 and the installed programs - need to be made so that at sharing of a disk of a C: this information would be saved logical disks. Whether it is possible to make it means Windows 7? If yes, as? And whether there are any programs which allow such to make? If exist, what it is programs?
