People kind help a teapot.
There was a following error (the screen), I see so I understand space SYSAUX is filled.
I fulfill a script - alter tablespace SYSAUX add datafile ' D:\oradata\DB\DATAFILE\O1_MF_SYSAUX_2.dbf ' size 10M reuse autoextend on next 10M maxsize unlimited;
But I receive an error ((((

Re: Error ORA-02002

Trouble - that the audit log swelled or  allocated the (user) data in system tabular spaces.
And also in that  does not read the documentation and does not understand with what deals.
What to do:
Audit log to clean (behind obvious uselessness), user data from the auxiliary circuits and tabular spaces to remove, with OMF to familiarize (https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/AD … 9E58AFB3DA), and the text of error messages on a forum pictures any more  it is not polite.
