Well, you should solve it what method you will allow to give to the server on the client this
The documentation. SMB you do not want, BLOB you do not want.  - you can not.

Well, here and if BLOB , the file " *.rtf ", in total is somewhere to 200MB,  to 100b - it is standard.
Though used the calculator , 200MB = 16.
Likely for the user it is a little... If he wants  certainly the description....

time for downloading of this documentation on a network to the client will be spent anyway, irrespective of the storage form -  a folder, BLOB or something else.
P.S. You are assured, what each time of 200 Mb of the documentation are necessary to the user all?
