Well still it is necessary to reach a demo. For now at translation produces 177 errors, including
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error Build:Cannot find module ' @angular/platform-browser-dynamic '. WebApp D:\Development\Test\AngularMVC\MVCAngularCRUDExample-master\WebApp\ClientApp\src\main.ts 2
, my question was about it: as  MVC (not from zero, and having the existing project) to work with .

Arpanx;
And how to transfer control  a component? At me is _Layout.cshtml which is the master and all remaining functions are caused from its menu in the form of links to controlers.
Now appears  a component. How to show it on the screen, clicking the link the menu?
