Topic: Glitch of the provider with FTP

Loading of a file 24 MB on a remote server from a local computer transited for 1 second, short of connection setting (too quickly). Checked the downloaded file with initial - distortions are not present. Strange somehow, before the such it was not watched.

At a row of providers speed on  with some other in times above a rate of the subscriber. Approximately the same as division into communication in a network of the provider and with an external world. For example, among Petersburg such was both at ethernet-providers, and on GPON'. Having a rate on 5 from InterZet  taken on Torrents.ru/RuTracker.org were extorted on 100 therefore as the internal network at this provider was very big and in it almost always it was possible to find  for popular , like a fashionable serial.
