There are 2 servers: fighting and a clone.
That  for adjustment of synchronization of parameters of a DB in between.
Oracle 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
Linux 2.6.32-696.28.1.el6.x86_64
EDT 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Only DB parameters, . The data it is already adjusted.

What for to you it? The purpose what? Or what basis parameters change so often that to you laziness to register them and for a clone?

It is theoretically possible to read periodically v$parameter and in case of difference to produce on clone ALTER SYSTEM SET...

Whether there were initially identical adjustments on both  I know.
It is necessary for the test. Often it appears that the execution plan of the same request different.

You recover a test DB from fighting (DUPLICATE)? Well and recover beforehand SPFILE (use command options)
PS. Parameters influence a plan choice if there certainly there are no warps of type OPTIMASER_INDEX_* (already a little and I will not remember unconcealed parameters which can influence in essence the plan)
